Ever since I've updated my Galaxy 23 to the newest version (One UI 6.1 update) every few seconds or so when I have bluetooth on, it will randomly turn itself off with no warning or specific action causing it to turn off, then it will quickly turn back on by itself.

This only happens when I'm not actively "using" Bluetooth. For example when bluetooth is on but no devices are connected, or when a device is connected but isn't being actively used, like the music playing on earbuds.

When my bluetooth device is connected and is actively being used then it won't happen. But as soon as I stop using it, bluetooth will turn off and back on in the span of 2 seconds or so.

Also I've had a few crash reports from bluetooth saying "bluetooth has stopped working" however these are very brief and I can't interact with them before they disappear.

I've tried troubleshooting, restarting and checking members and device care but nothing seems to be working.

If there's no way to fix this please tell me a way to downgrade back to One UI 6.0 or 5. This update has more problems than features.
