Galaxy SFrom here, select Reset network settings.
Please note this will erase all Bluetooth connections, as well as WiFi.
If this doesn't help, I would suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members App.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Galaxy SAdding on to @Dolgogi's comment, I would recommend clearing data from the Bluetooth app in your phone's settings.
To do this:
Settings > Apps > click on the symbol next to the Your apps heading > toggle on Show system apps and click Okay > Bluetooth > Storage > click to Clear cache and Clear data.
