Bought a S21 FE about 2 - 3 weeks ago and phone is stuttering and lagging

hi so I got the s21 fe 2 or 3 weeks ago and after some use of the phone it's becoming laggy and is stuttering when I click on things I upgraded from a s10 becuse the screen had died and whenever I open the camera especially it lags like hell and also takes a while to take a photo after I press the shutter button I enabled developer settings and checking my RAM usage and it says that 1.8GB of my RAM is being used by "Android OS" and it shows the frequency of it is 100% High and I don't know why it's doing this I've also enabled Auto Optimisation is their anything I can do to help my phone become less laggy? If it helps I'm on the Android 13 One UI 5.0 Patch

Don't update your phone. There's already major issues with Samsung's update.

I just saw channel7 news saying that if you update you could lose contacts an photo's. So backup your contacts if you update an backup photos

I do. I did upgrade but I always backup my stuff.

I find there is a lag as well

That'd has happened to my samsung A32 4G and I just backed everything up and did a factory reset then it was working smoothly. Hope you get the problem fixed soon.
