Galaxy SHello @KittyKelly
I am sorry that you are having issues with your phone.
Since you have already sent in an error report I suggest you try some of the solution listed below:
!. Remove all active apps.
2. Delete cache.
3. Remove phone cover/case.
4. Make sure you don’t have any malware running in the background (I suggest using a security app like AVG Antivirus).
5. Clean up any junk files you have.
6. Delete apps that you don’t use regularly.
Kind regards,
SamsungClaudette

Galaxy SThese ridiculous logs and settings etc do nothing for any of us, and Samsung (a multi million dollar company) does absolutely nothing but take oue money and run.

Galaxy SHello @KittyKelly
I am sorry to hear that you still have an issue with your phone. Based on what you've described, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.
For more information on how to back up your device: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/back-up-samsung-device/
To book an appointment prior to heading in-store or to drop off your device via Australia Post: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/your-service/main
