Galaxy SI have the same problem. All apps and os are fully updated and yet the problem persists.
Samsung please address this issue as it is severely curtailing the usefulness of my TAB 8 Ultra as a work tool.

Galaxy SI am SO glad I am not the only only having this issue. I first noticed this on S20 Ultra, then I got an S22 ultra this week, and at first it was working like a charm, but then I also added my work account to onedrive app, and that's when the app stops syncing, if I log out on My Files app I will never be able to log in again as it's the same issue with "Error occurred. Try again". No one o nsamsung has been able to solve this and to fix it I would need to reset my device and never add a work onedrive account, only keep my personal account, otherwise the app crashes forever... It's a boomer because my files app has gotten soo much better now

Galaxy SThe bad news, based on my experience so far, is that once the My Files app stops its normal sync process (in my case that happens exactly after adding my work account) the one only way to fix it that I have found so far is resetting the device to factory defaults, I've tried all steps you mentioned in previous comments like unlinking ms account on samsung account , resetting onedrive app, my files app, etc, none of them get the sync to start again, actually reseting my files just makes it even worst as it wont let you add the account anymore due to the try again error, regularly when someone notices that it doesnt sync anymore they'd just try to log out and try to re enroll onedrive in my files app at which point the "error occurred try again" message will take over and you just get stuck there forever, this is been ongoing for so long now without a proper fix... already tested all that on my S20 Ultra and now on S22 Ultra, same behavior, not a single difference.
I'm hoping a future update on the app or firmware update can fix that nasty bug, it is very convenient to use onedrive directly from my files app in some cases.

Galaxy SHi @danter92, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I haven't heard of this issue before. Could you send this through as an error report for this to be looked into?
I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > System > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Galaxy SHello Laura,
I have submitted the logs and issue details several times via the members app, all I get is a generic response saying that the logs will be checked with no further follow up so far. Today I got some steps to clear cache on both apps which did not work, I just sent more proof via the ask a question menu. I will send a new one as you suggest. I'm hoping someone could pass this on to the actual developers, I'd gladly provide whatever details are needed as long as they don't request more factory defaults... hopefully they would know what is causing this particular issue upon review.

Galaxy SHello Laura
I updated and submitted the logs but those who reply on my samsung members app say that they dont understand the issue and that they cannot see any of my attachments or previous interactions which i think is quite lame...
