Hello as already replied by Tina yes and recently Bixby received a massive update, with new features. There is a news in the community you can look for by using the tag #bixby when searching

There are definitely still certainly issues with bixby compared to Google assistant eg. Not being able to play a Spotify play list on command by voice however there are options to work around that like adding a play list to your bixby routine. It takes a bit longer and has to be set playlists but most not all things bixby can manage if you train it to your voice enough times and program into the routines.
