Hi, have u tried putting ur SIM card onto ur old phone or any phone to test if u can receive OTP from the same application u r using on ur S22+? To ensure that it's device specific.
That's great to hear.. at least it's not a device issue. If not, it will be a real headache, having to deal with making a trip down to service centre and waiting for few days for the diagnosis.
Plus, they will factory reset the whole phone, even if it's just a minor issue. I dread that experience.. cos I will end up forgetting to backup some data and it's gone forever..
