I did the Android software (13 on GS20+5G) update that came out yesterday, now the phone is saying I have to sign in to secure forlder to sortnout notifications.

I dont know the pin, select reset pin & for the last 2 hours the screen just sits on the black screen with the white circle spinning.

I have never used or setup my secure folder.

I wish I could help, sorry! I assume because it's a secure folder that it'll be difficult without help from Samsung, so I would probably contact Samsung whenever you have time.

If no one can help you here, i would call support (or msg) before Christmas - I can't imagine how busy they'll be after it.

Sorry I couldn't help mate.

Apart from all that, I hope you have a Merry Christmas and enjoy your holidays. 👍🏻

If you have never used Secure Folder (which means there is nothing of valuable inside), you can go to Settings->Apps-> click on the Menu next to the "Your Apps"->tick show system apps

Search for "Secure Folder" and clear data.

That should reset the appScreenshot_20221224_095937_Settings_1000017308_1671836377.jpg

That's weird. I cleared the data in my back up phone and that worked fine. (Didn't ask for the pin anymore).

Can you take a screenshot of what the 'saying I have to sign in....sort out notifications'?
