Constant Phone Call Drop Outs

Hello All,

Is anyone aware of an issue with the Galaxy S24 dropping phone calls mid call? It happens every phone call I have and consistently is disconnecting calls.

My Carrier is Telstra in Melb Australia however I know it's not a carrier problem as all other phones we use at home etc have no issue and my older S22 is working perfectly.

Silly question, but do you have another sim to try either from your carrier or another provider?

Also, you could try sending in an error report to Samsung.
This is best done ASAP after a disconnection occurs.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Hey mate I'll give this a go might even get a new sim and report back. I still have the drop outs constantly , I tend to think it could be the area we live but it didn't happen with my S22.

Never know, it just might be the phone, but trying these things is worth it.

I assume you got the recent update as well, with no improvement to the cell issue?

Yup my firmware is fully up to date. I'll try get a replacement sim I reckon I've had the same Nano Sim for between 5-10years.

Hey mate no still haven't got a solution, was considering ordering a new sim card as I've had mine forever. Have you tried changing Sim Cards?

no, took phone back to retailer. they said its faulty and gave me a new phone. still happenningvnow on phone 3

How annoying I still have the problem, I'm going to try a new Sim and I'll report my findings
