Hi guys, have a S24ultra, since December i have has constant Cellular drop outs,
My VoLTE disappears and I can't make or receive calls for 1 minute at times,
When I'm connected to Wifi calling, the phone icon near the bars disappears and can't make calls/receive calls..
The phone is literally brand new, had a 24ultra in August 2024, replaced under warranty in January with exact same issues,
Changed over carriers and replaced sims to no avail!
Phone is all up to date!
What the going on!!!!

Have another look at your comment as I have commented under the actual post rather than replying to you.

Quite possibly your settings to your cell tower are wrong after an update. On the main Community page, top right, search for APN or Access Point Name. Do read a number of comments there as some are better described than others.

One problem is whether an advisor believes the person with the problem. So, have you previously, genuinely, changed the APN settings? Note APN settings have to be 100% correct, no lower case instead of caps, no extra spaces. Note at imes Telstra had different APN settings for 4G vs 5G phones. Google Telstra APN settings and identify correct settings among options.
Another problem area is 5G coverage vs 4G. If borderline then the phone may be switching frequently between the two. As a test go to Settings, mobile networks, and choose 4G and see if that makes a difference.
