I ordered my S23 ultra phone last June 17 and until now still showing awaiting dispatch.. Is it normal to have this kind of delivery it’s like almost 3 weeks already..

Try contacting their online support via chat. Ask for the actual status backend. And ask for the tracking number. Sometimes it's just not update in the site, but they already have the tracking number backend but waiting for pick-up for delivery.

My S23 Ultra was supposed to be delivered last week. It has been stuck on 'Preparing Dispatch' for 9 days. I called Samsung and they said it was due to an 'IT error' and it was not their fault but the fault of the 'logistics provider'.

Today, they have updated the delivery date to today and it is still stuck on 'Preparing Dispatch'. It is now almost 3pm so I doubt it will come today. What is the point of putting in another date that you cannot deliver by?

Altogether a shoddy experience and it looks from the other posts like this had been happening for at least 3 months now.  I suppose the real issue is a total lack of communication - if at least they could give me an idea of when it was coming that would be great.
