Were you using wi-fi or Data? Only asking as I have the s21 Ultra and it does it to mine when I use Data. @Robbins

If you tap on the icon at the bottom right hand corner in here (members app) that says Get Help a page will open up, scroll down and click on error report. It should send through your problem to Samsung and hopefully it can be fixed.🤞

The other thing you can try, and the support team may suggest this, is to do a factory reset of the device.

If you do, make sure to back-up your data

I had the same issue after the update, on Christmas day too. First time I've had any issue with the phone. Didn't think much of it until now.

Hi @Robbins, as our users have mentioned, I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Overheating > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right
