Galaxy SHello,
It's been months since the latest software updates were implemented on the s21 devices and I have been checking for updates every once in a while but still did not get it.
I've been advised to use Samsung members to check for updates but I can't access it and I get this message (Samsung members isn't supported in this region (9))
I currently live in Algeria, I bought this phone used and tried using Australian VPN but still doesn't work.

Galaxy SIt looks like some one has messed with the firmware or tried CSC change 🤔
I'm referring to the place where it says "Service Provider Software Version".
It lists EUY/EUY/KOO
KOO is for South Korean devices.
This is likely why your not getting any OTA updates.
