Certainly not. But some application's will detect that you've enabled dev options and they'll not function because of it. Rooting does "void" the warranty as it breaks the knox fuse.

Just like everyone here in the comments is saying. No, it does not void the warranty.

It should be relatively safe to use. However if you do not know/understand what you are doing then I suggest you research first or just leave it be. It's hidden for a reason. Just be cautious and read before changing something.

it will not void the warranty but i suggest you will turn it off if your making bank online transactions through your phone. because turning on developer options can be of risk of data threat. if you turn it on means samsung is no longer the developer but you.

Turning on developer options alone has nothing to do about device security risks, except when you turn on usb debugging which is used for rooting devices.

if you turn on the developer options and you install an online banking app. and when you try to log in there is a warning saying, kindly turn off developer options for security to avoid data risk.

that would be just one specific banking app trying to block developer options, but generally, turning on developer options alone does not affect device security. Only there are settings under this options that are risky.

I have 5 banking apps under my hood and never had that issue.
