DTMF S20 FE

Hi I just bought a Galaxy S20FE. Worked out how to get most of it set up including some stuff about  personal ringtones. But now I have realised that I can't get DTMF to work when I call and need to use touch tone dialling to use automated call systems. 

A lot of instructions say there is an option in the phone settings but doesn't seem to be in the settings menu on this phone. Does anybody know how to set the dtmf settings?

No there are no sounds

The only keyboard sounds I get are if I set the keypress to make a noise when I touch a key.

There is not dtmf at all

I don't think the provider is the issue. It's the software and either an option that's required to allow DTMF to be shown or it's completely missing from this version.

Hi @PeterStagg, please try the following:

Settings > Sound and Vibration > System Sound/vibration control > Toggle on 'Dialing Keypad'
