Hi i am using aftermarket earphone from last 2 month on my s21 ultra.
But after updating software my ultras21 is not supporting those earphone.
How to fix?? Can anybody help pls

Probably go into Bluetooth settings, delete the pairing for the earphones, then put them in pairing mode again and repair to the phone.

Hi @kmaal, sorry to hear you're having this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you could try:


1. Ensure that your device is up to date with the latest software update.

2. Force stop USB-C app:
Settings > Apps > open menu on the right of ‘Your apps’ heading > toggle on Show systems apps and tap ‘Okay’ > scroll down to Samsung USB-C headset > Tap on Force stop.

3. Clear cache for USB-C app:

Settings > Apps > open menu on the right of ‘Your apps’ heading > toggle on Show systems apps and tap ‘Okay’ > scroll down to Samsung USB-C headset > Storage > Clear cache

Hi @kmaal, depending on your software version, "System apps" may be under the 'Filter' button which is shown on the right.
