Galaxy SHi @kmaal, sorry to hear you're having this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you could try:
1. Ensure that your device is up to date with the latest software update.
2. Force stop USB-C app:
Settings > Apps > open menu on the right of ‘Your apps’ heading > toggle on Show systems apps and tap ‘Okay’ > scroll down to Samsung USB-C headset > Tap on Force stop.
3. Clear cache for USB-C app:
Settings > Apps > open menu on the right of ‘Your apps’ heading > toggle on Show systems apps and tap ‘Okay’ > scroll down to Samsung USB-C headset > Storage > Clear cache

Galaxy SHi @kmaal, depending on your software version, "System apps" may be under the 'Filter' button which is shown on the right.
