How do you contact Samsung Service Centre

Hi,

Does any one out there know how to contact Samsung Service Centre for mobile phones?

I dropped off a Galaxy S8+ over a week ago at their authorised drop off centre HARVEY NORMAN Gordon for repairs and when I contacted them for an update today they said they don't have any updates as they are only a drop off point and Samsung would get in touch with me directly after they send the phone over to their repair centre (which they said they did the same day that I handed over the phone).

They said that they did not have any direct contact number for Samsung Service centre either.

So how do you contact Samsung for an update?
