Not received emails, can someone help me please

Hi @silverk, which app are you using to view your emails?

Most sync settings can be found in Settings > Accounts and Backup > Accounts > your email address > Sync account.

You can also swipe down from the top of your screen to your notification panel and enable Sync from there.

Gmail

Hi @silverk, for Gmail, I would suggest going into your account settings and ensuring your Sync settings are enabled, as mentioned above.

It is possible your battery settings are putting Gmail to sleep in the background. To check this, go to Settings > Device Care > Battery > App power management > Deep sleeping apps. 

You can also go into your app settings via Settings > Apps > Gmail > Notifications and ensure notifications are enabled for your account. 

After checking these, restart your device and see if your emails come through via notification.
