Galaxy SWarning ⚠️ , for advanced users only.
1. Connect your new phone to the internet.
2. Using your Optus app in your old phone, head to Esim section.
3. Request an Esim, via eamil.
4. An eamil with Esim will be sent to you.
5. Open the emil in the New device and download the Esim package.
6. After which, your service will disconnect from your old phone.
7. Yahooo.
This work many times, its saves your time, multiple phone call etc.
Note: this process work for me, be very careful and follow all instructions.
Let us know what works for you. If not, go in store if its safe to do so.

Galaxy SHi @whyharri, sorry to hear you're having difficulties transferring your eSIM to your new phone. I suggest checking with Optus support uner the FAQ section and following their guide on transferring to a new device.
