Galaxy SDo you have any update on this? I am also anxious to know about it. I know this feature works in my iPhone, but I just got a new s24 ultra.

Galaxy SI have gone ahead and manually selected a forbidden network so that the sim network connection would fail, but the phone still does connect via other SIMs data.

Galaxy S- Telstra (Australia)
- Tello (USA, T-mobile)
- Jio (India)
Currently in Australia, was able to get backup calling to work on Jio using telstra data. So a win there.
No luck with Tello mobile, it show status "emergency calls only", but when connected to WiFi, calling works as normal. So this feature is carrier dependant, as we already know. Tello supports WiFi calling from sim data, as stated on their website. Wondering if carriers are adding support for the new phone on the backend... not sure 😕
Will be in China next month will update from there too. Will be using international plan from Telstra and Amaysim... stay tuned 👀

Galaxy STello says they support this, a representative in reddit told me it should work. I wasn't able to make it work in my s22+.
Please keep us posted on your updates.
