Factory reset

I accidentally factory reset my samsung s20 phone. Is their any way, I can still recover my old images and videos?

Hi @dish123, if you have a back up of your S20, you should be able to recover your images and videos there. Otherwise, the only other way is if you had your gallery/storage synced to OneDrive, Google Photos, or Samsung Cloud.
