If you haven't already done so, force stop Google messaging. Go to Settings, Apps, Google Messenger, Storage, you should see Force Stop. You can also uninstall but I wouldn't until you resolve Samsung messaging.
1. Note messages don't swap and the only see them if you open the relevant app.
2.In this next step you WILL lose your messages in that app.
3. Go to Settings, Apps, Samsung Messenger, Storage, clear both caches and restart. Don't touch any Google Messenger icons, doing so will open it and you will be obliged to Force Stop again.
Explanation settings in cache may conflict with updated software.
Restart.

Did you disable it in Google Messages before going back to Samsung Messages?

Yeah sorry can't help I disabled the rcs chat as it wouldn't send 50% of my messages and the delays were crazy
And the way it split the message was weird
So off it is, since I turned it off no problems.
Very important as a lot of messages were work related and getting those 4 hour's late was an issue and the whole person is off-line *** especially when you are talking to them.
And yes it did wipe the rcs chats but so worth it really don't know why they bothered let Apple have their dot's I want something that works I'm not needy I don't need to see if my message has been read and I don't need an instant reply if it's important I tend to use the phone's primary function and call lmfao Screenshot_20231123_081123_Messages.jpg

Hey @lilevo

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Kind Regards,

I have exactly this put in error report and they said it was error 503 from Google that they can't change and might be up to a month before it automatically resets. True to inform Google but don't seem able to. Any ideas how to. Have tried every solution on line nothing works. If you look at it it looks like different solutions work for different people. Looks random. Anymore solutions helpful
