Fast Wireless Charging Issue

I have issue on my S20 FE, it will have a fast wireless charging status then it will change to Wireless Charging after 10 seconds?

The seller of my wireless charger has already replaced it but the issue is still the same.

I tried the device care settings then the safe mode but nothing is working. 

Anyone experiencing the same issue?

Im experiencing this with cable. the other side of the cable has fast charging and when you flip it over fast charging does not work

Try another cable if it's the same, then you have bring your phone to a service center. If not then you're cable is the problem. 😊

Probably you're fast wireless charger isn't connecting properly with the charging coils at the back.

I decided not to use wireless charging anymore since nothing is working
