I had earlier shared about my issues with Samsung S23 and Samsung finally agreed to do a 1 to 1 exchange of my handphone on 24 March. But I was away and only managed to talk to their staff on 27 March when I am back in Singapore. Again they pushed the exchange date to 29 March which is more than a week since I first encounter issues.
I just went down to do the exchange and was informed that it was a hardware failure on my earlier S23. I clearly recalled that the service centre @ Plaza Sing said that it was not a hardware issues on 22 March when I first went down and which was why they refused to do any exchange for me back then. I received no apologies from the staff of the service center for the wrong judgement, by the way. So I had to put up with more than 1 week of inconvenience because of their incompetency.

Cutting long story short, I also just realised that Samsung S23 could not be synced to 365 health apps as confirmed by their staff. Hence, a something for potential S23 buyer to consider.

I also have a Samsung Watch 5 which sync to my Samsung health on the Samsung S23 Ultra but it just won't sync to Healthy 365.
