I had earlier shared about my issues with Samsung S23 and Samsung finally agreed to do a 1 to 1 exchange of my handphone on 24 March. But I was away and only managed to talk to their staff on 27 March when I am back in Singapore. Again they pushed the exchange date to 29 March which is more than a week since I first encounter issues.
I just went down to do the exchange and was informed that it was a hardware failure on my earlier S23. I clearly recalled that the service centre @ Plaza Sing said that it was not a hardware issues on 22 March when I first went down and which was why they refused to do any exchange for me back then. I received no apologies from the staff of the service center for the wrong judgement, by the way. So I had to put up with more than 1 week of inconvenience because of their incompetency.

Cutting long story short, I also just realised that Samsung S23 could not be synced to 365 health apps as confirmed by their staff. Hence, a something for potential S23 buyer to consider.

Hi, most of the staff are part-time and their salary is not that high, so probably don't expect top notch service support.

also they are mobile phones reseller conpanies that are authorized to carry Samsung brand..

eg: Samsung at Westgate shopping mall isn't the same as in Jurong Point.

regardless it is very lucky of you to do 1 for 1 replacements. i have never heard so far this method except for repairing it.

They tried to repair. They had my phone for a few days before they decided to replace it. It was a hardware issue.

My S23 ultra also can't be synced to 364 health apps. So samsung has replaced a new phone to u due to this issue?

No. They replaced my handphone due to many apps unable to work on my previous phone, a hardware failure.
I am still having the issue of 365 not syncing to the replaced Samsung S23.

Wah.. I didn't know that leh.. Westgate's Samsung branch is run by a mobile phone reseller company? I think among all, Plaza Sing should be the best and considered a flagship repair centre?

wait when you all say 365 health apps, are you all referring to the Healthy 365 from Health Promotion Board?
