Fullstop and comma not working

Hey, randomly I find with my new S21 that ill be typing a message and when I look up it hasn't typed the comma or full stop. It happens at least everyday but never had that issue on my old phone. Is this a keyboard setting or a fault?

Try long-pressing the keys on either side of the space bar. Comma should be on one of them.

Thanks, though I have it set up that the key is there without needing long pause. It just doesn't always work

Hi @heather88, that's strange. Please try resetting your keyboard via the following steps:

Settings > General management > Language and input > On-screen keyboard > Samsung keyboard > Reset to default settings.
