Galaxy SIt started as a green vertical line, just one morning when I woke up July 5, 2023, I believe just few days after installing the update dated. Every now and then more vertical lines appeared. My Galaxy S21 5G is just a year old and this has never dropped to any hard surface nor in water nor overcharged. I have loved this precious phone but its so frustrating to see this.
Can't use this anymore, what a waste of money! I reached their customer care right away that day but the info doesn't help me much, instead, asked me to have it repaired to any of their service centers but most probably with fees given that the warranty has already expired. I have read surprisingly quite a number of owners have the same problem too! Aren't this Samsung company be held accountable and recall all these models since this issue looks like a hardware problem? I am frustrated and wanted to bring this matter to the Department of Trade & Industry Consumer Welfare. For everyone experiencing this issue, I suggest you do that too. We have to be united and perhaps we could get the best customer service assistance and repair or product recall we all deserve from Samsung particularly experiencing this vertical line issue. Peace!

Galaxy SHi beenden,
Thanks for letting us know about this.
Customer Care advised you to visit a Service Center because that's the only place where we can determine exactly what went wrong with your device.
The only way we can know if it is a software or hardware problem is through a thorough diagnostic by our technicians. When the issue is detected, they move on to disassembling and reassembling your phone. Any parts that need to be reassembled are going to be parts sourced directly from Samsung's factories, ensuring that your phone is returned to its proper working condition with the correct parts. No OEM/Class A parts in our Service Centers!
Additionally, the training and equipment used in every Service Center have been subjected to strict QA by certified Samsung engineers, ensuring that the quality of the repairs are following the very same guidelines used to assemble the phones in the first place.
It's a worthwhile investment to repair your device. Please let us know if you need help setting up at appointment at a Samsung Service Center near you.
