Galaxy S21FE Green line issue (it just suddenly appear)

On July 18th at 11:12 a.m., I was using my Samsung S21 FE Exynos variant, scrolling through Instagram as usual. Suddenly, a very thin green line appeared on the left side of the display, but it vanished within seconds.

I got really scared and stopped using my phone. A few minutes later, I tried to use it again, but this time the green line started appearing and disappearing multiple times.

I messaged my friend about the issue. Then the green line turned into a thick white line and became permanent.

I'd like to mention that I have never dropped my phone. It has a high-quality tempered glass and a protective case. This is the first time I've encountered this issue, and I believe it was caused by the June update.

Can anyone suggest a solution to resolve this?

Hi There,

Welcome to the club... This is normal for Samsung phone. We call it Samsung Light Saber.. It was a trademark for Samsung.. Nothing you can do actually except you need to change the Screen around RM 500 to RM 1k.. Even you pay and change the screen, after 3 month warranty expired, and if happens again, U need to change to a new screen again and pay for it...

 

Yes it is ***.. but it was the cost to used Samsung phone...

Everyone here knowing this issue.. Samsung will not entertain us.. just accept it and if you had some money,.. just change the phone brand...

Samsung ban insult account ,create critism thst is user problem ,use peak performance until green screen line on ,they don't know they use other phone same and not turn on knox ,I turn knox nothing problem.

I also have the same problem! Samsung center refuse to do a free replacement. I lodged a report to consumer tribunal about this.
