Galaxy S
Hi all. So I have a Samsung Galaxy S22+ and I have recently updated it to Android 13 One UI 5 a few days ago, as the update went available for me here in Australia. However, a couple features are missing that I have seen in YouTube videos, being the "active apps" button on the Quick Settings Menu and the new clipboard editor/previewer.
I have done exactly as all videos and articles are describing/showing, but I cannot get either to appear. Are they both hidden in Settings or are they only available on Galaxy S22 Ultra? Also, are they only available for a certain type of keyboard? I have tried Gboard, SwiftKey and Samsung Keyboard, all in Google Chrome and all do not work.
Many thanks for the help in advance 😊🙏 Sorry for the long post.

Galaxy SHey @S-Mania, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
