While watching TikTok on my S24+, the refresh rate dropped below 60 Hz and probably around 20 Hz or lower and 30 seconds later it fixed. Is this a software glitch or a hardware issue?
Sounds like battery saving mode/adaptive doing its job. Don't think so it's hardware or software problems. Tik Tok is also not a really well maintained app on Goggle App Store so could also be app compatibility problems.
