Got a green line issue on the exact day that my phone will turn 2 years old. Went to a samsung service center to ask about a solution, I got a price quotation and it is shockingly fcking expensive. Realizing that a flagship phone with a 2 year lifespan on a screen is bull***t. And I found out there are thousands of people experiencing this on a SAMSUNG FLAGSHIP PHONE. Samsung is milking us. Give us a damnn free screen replacement.

I had green lines on my s21 and had my screen replaced. 3 months later (a week after my repair warranty ended) the green line reappeared again on my phone. This is frustrating for a flagship phone. I wouldn't pay for another 9K for screen replacement.

Got my first green line on my S20+ BTS limited edition on July 1st, 2023 after an update. No physical damage, never been dropped before the line appeared. That was around at its 3 year mark, but now that I'm on my 4th it has now 2 thick lines on the left part. I'm very careful in handling my phone since I rarely go outside either, so it's shocking to have the green line issue on a phone that's usually just used on the bed or around the house. It's a flagship phone, a LIMITED one. It's really crazy that I've been quoted to pay 13k for it.

Samsung CEO? But I did email their customer support but didn’t get the same replies whatsoever. Did you just look up the CEO's email or is what you provided what you meant? 😅 And thank you!
