Galaxy SHi @Jack2022, thank you for reaching out. That's strange. As you've already mentioned going through the troubleshooting steps I would have suggested, my next suggestion is to send an error report via the Samsung Members app.
Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Galaxy SHere's what you need to do, go to apps and find Google, go into battery and take it from optimised to unrestricted. Basically what this does it allows Google to run all the time, I didn't notice an increase in battery consumption at all and if you do you can switch it back.
