Hi. Any one who experienced having vertical lines suddenly appear on their S20+ screen? My phone is more than 2yrs old now. In Aug/Sep 2022 after system update, a green line appeared on my screen, which recently turned into fainted pink line. This morning, no updates, there's a suddenly appeared another green line. My phone has scratches but only on it's screen protector. It is free from falling or water contact. There's now two lines on my phone screen— pink & green. Idk what to do and my phone has lapsed the warranty already. :(

Hoping you can help me, if you've experience the same and was able to resolve it. Thank you!

Yes, go to a service center. Restarting or resetting your phone will not fix it as this is a hardware-level issue that would need a technician to fix it. Hope it gets repaired soon!

Hi. I already did this. First of all, I got the first vertical line after a system update. I was actually afraid for any further updates but I still did so because the live chat assistance recommended it—which did no changes to my current problem. His next recommendation is to reset/ factory default my phone. I backed up my files and did the reset as told, still no changes. **bleep**

Went to samsung store for the same issue and quoted me 11k for LCD repair. My phone wasn't even dropped. This is so disappointing. Why charge for something I was not at fault.
