Galaxy SHi there IAmMaria,
Did you go through with the repair for your S21 Ultra?
Your device will be handled by technicians that were trained by Samsung engineers, and every repair center is upheld to the same strict quality assurance standards as our manufacturing facilities.
That said, your device will be repaired in conditions as close to factory as possible and will be repaired with parts ordered straight from our own warehouses - not third-party manufacturers (what some techs might call OEM parts.) And each repair is done with specialized tools and processes - the same ones we use to assemble a phone from scratch.

Galaxy SI filed a complaint to DTI and they already replied to me asking for additional docs including the Job Order number which I already got from Samsung. Samsung's head office here in PH declined my request for FOC for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. I also have a Samsung Note 20+ 5G which started overheating after a software update on Feb 2023 and now the phone's display is dead. Then on Jun 4, 2023, there was a software update on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra then ***, the green line appeared. Plus, also in Feb this year, I bought an S23+ phone and guess what, it already experienced software issue (device is not Google Play certified), I only discovered it because it turned out that the device isn't compatible with Netflix (weird right?). I got lucky with my s23+ phone because it's still practically new and still under warranty so I asked for a replacement which they granted.
But I'm definitely pushing for my DTI complaint for my Samsung Note 20 Ultra phone. I suggest you guys do the same, it's very easy to fill out the form and submit it to DTI. They're very responsive and the whole process isn't complicated
