Help: #Galaxy is not working on my S23

I have two issues:

1. After an update, my phone seemed to have lost function of its dial pad when on a call, dealing with automated phone options. It doesn't register my entries; so,

2. I needed to call the #Galaxy but it won't connect. 

Anyone knows what I can do?

wipe cache partion should help

I couldn't seem to find Cache in the settings. Would you know where it is?

turn off device, connect device on a pc power on + volume key then it will enter recovery mode
on the menu you will see
