Help! How do you send a scheduled text mesage?

Can anyone please help? I am trying to send a message to someone but do not want to disturb them late at night. 

I have a Samsung S20 and needed to know how do you send a scheduled text message on messages app? I tried holding the blue arrow send button but nothing pops up. Tried looking for tapping the three dots and the plus button no options for a scheduled message. 

Is there anything I could do without downloading a third party app?

You are using Samsung Messages right?

Try pressing the + sign, you should the get a list of options.
