The program is officially unavailable for Australia unfortunately - but you can try log a request via Samsung Support;

* Members App > Support > Send feedback > Bottom corner arrow > Others

Unfortunately Samsung does not open any Beta programs to Australia.

They never have and I don't think they ever will.

I also wish they were like Apple and just allowed anyone anywhere to opt in if they like.
