How do I tranfer data with broken screen

You mean you can't see anything on your old phone?

But if you can still access, you can install Samsung's Smart Switch app on both phones and follow the instructions from there.

Does the screen work? If it doesn't, plug a wireless mouse in.

Then just install smart switch on both devices and follow transfer instructions.
