I got my s24 ultra in the beginning when we could pre-order it and then I claimed my redemption gift for the galaxy tab s9 FE. I did it all within the promotional period and claim period. However, the status is still at validation completed. It's been a long time since I have done it and would like to know if anyone else has had this problem.
I have emailed samsung twice with all the evidence to prove when it was done, proof of purchase and the status window. However, I have not been contacted back.
