Samsung 
need to release a fix for Samsung Galaxy s22 mobiles. Since the last system update my mobile has had problems receiving calls. It does not disconnect my calls (in and out), and when people try to call it gives them a busy signal and then forwards them to voice mail. I have discovered today that I am not the only one with this problem. Other people have been having the same problem.

Try and change the sim you currently have into a different phone. See if the issue continues.

If it does, it could be a sim card/network issue.

If it doesn't (ie, it works fine on the other phone), then it may be a good idea to send the phone in for assessment and service.

I have tried. It works in the other phone.
I also had my sim card replaced and account refreshed.

It happens in my daughter's s22 also.

I'd suggest send an error report via the Samsung Members app, best of you do it as soon as one of the Issues occurs.

Also send it from your daughters device as well.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Phones are connected to a cell tower by Access Point names (APNs). Rather than repeat myself, on the main Community page top right search for APN and read my previous advice.
Also go to Settings and search for "wi-fi calling" and turn on. This won't fix your problem but may result in more calls coming through. Google e.g. "Telstra wi-fi calling" to understand what it does.

Try to identify if calls not coming through are from one provider or have something else in common.

I have wifi calling on.
Calls from people using different providers are not able to get through. They go to voice mail because my number is busy.
Call waiting doesn't work either.
