Samsung Note not restoring handwritten Notes, when resetting your phone :(

Hi All

I have a Samsung Ultra 23, using Notes.

I have just reset my phone but unfortunately, it has restored all my Notes files, BUT not the handwriting in the notes, the file is there but when you open the file you only see the text you have typed BUT not the handwriting you did with the stylus.  In the Notes with no text, you see noting as it was handwriting.

I have transferred all data from my previous Samsung phone to my new one, but Samsung notes have been lost.
