I just want to return a wrong screen protector

I have bought the wrong screen protector and just want ask how to return it?

I have tried the  live chat but was told that I need to call customer service but they  never reponse the call!!

Also, I have order another screen protector on 2 Mar but still on the way on 29 Mar.
