I am having some weird issues with my Galaxy S22 ultra. People are not being able to call me. The call either fails instantly or sometimes, the call fails after 2-3 rings. I am not sure when did it start happening. The outgoing calls work fine. Need help fixing this.

Can you put your sim card into a different phone and see if the issue continues?

You can also try resetting the network settings.

Telstra has different 5G APN settings so Google that. To look up your settings go to Settings, Search, Access Point Names. If you try to change make sure you have written down your current settings ON A SEPARATE PIECE OF PAPER, 100% correct, caps, spacing, in case you have to revert..Also Google "Call forwarding" in case you have accidentally set that. Consider setting your phone to 4G , LTE, in case network coverage is an issue. Load an app AUS Phone Towers to check coverage.. If your phone is on 5G incoming calls may not find it, whilst for outgoing calls your phone will move down to 4G if 5G isn't available.

As a separate issue Google on "your ISP name Wifi Calling," if on Telstra, Optus, Boost, Vodafone as this allows calls to come in via wifi if you are logged in.

Tried resetting the network settings didn't work.
Checked each and every settings on the phone itself, nothing wrong.
I got myself a new sim card yet the issue exists

However, I found a solution. When I set the network mode to 3G/2G the issue disappears but this solution is not feasible as the mobile data speed becomes slower.Screenshot_20230309_235204_Call settings.jpg

I encountered about 5 person in my circle with a samsung phone facing the same issues. Hoping a software update might fix this.
