Galaxy SOn my Galaxy S24, incoming VoIP calls (Messenger, WhatsApp, Snapchat, etc.) only appear as notifications instead of full-screen pop-ups. However, regular phone calls work fine.
What I've Tried:
- Switched from Nova Launcher to One UI Home
- Disabled Good Lock modules (LockStar, NotiStar, etc.)
- Checked notification settings (enabled "Show as pop-up" for each app)
- Verified “Appear on Top” permissions for all affected apps
- Changed “Call Display While Using Apps” to Full Screen
- Disabled Battery Optimization for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Snapchat
- Cleared cache & reset app preferences
- Checked for software updates (phone is up to date)

None of these have fixed the issue. Phone calls display full screen as expected, but VoIP calls don’t. Is this a One UI 6 bug or is there another fix?
PS, any rough dates for when we can expect to receive One UI 7 on the S24 series in Australia? 😅
Thanks in advance,
Jake
