Galaxy SYou could try a couple of things, such as resetting the networks settings, but please note that this will erase all WiFi and Bluetooth connections.
The other thing you can try first is going into Settings-> Connections-> Mobile Networks-> Access Point Names.
Then tap on the 3 dots at the top right, and select Reset to default.
