Issue with internet not connecting since latest upgrade yesterday

Is anyone else having issues connecting to internet since upgrade...if I connect via wifi or hotspot no issues just via my phone sim I get the 'no internet connection' message

I will suggest to buy a new sim card and activate it with your actual number so the sim being new should fix the problem(that happens to me in past)

you can try remove and reinsert the sim card just to try all possibilities or just restart your phone or just put in plane mode and plane mode off to see if it lock on a different cell and restart to work

Thankyou..Ive tried restarting phone but it works for a while till I again lose internet connection. I will try pulling sim out as you have suggested also...$15 for new SIM which is costly if problem still there

Does the phone otherwise work, for calls and txt?

You could try a couple of things, such as resetting the networks settings, but please note that this will erase all WiFi and Bluetooth connections.

The other thing you can try first is going into Settings-> Connections-> Mobile Networks-> Access Point Names.
Then tap on the 3 dots at the top right, and select Reset to default.

Do you have a second phone you can try the sim card on? If it has internet issues, then you've narrowed down the problem...

Also, do you have any private dns settings?
