Latest updates to my S20 has caused a massive amount of issues. Apps no longer work properly, phone turns itself off and on, no more fast or super fast charging. What's going on?

You know, i thought i was going mad but i had this happen to me also.

Issues i had was
- phone randomly just rebooting to the samsung logo
- phone calls dropping out

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Good luck with that so far they have sent 7 error reports with video and still they can't fix my problem.

Do you guys get any solution fr Samsung? I got s20 ultra 'white screen of death' after latest update.
