Latest Update Messed Up My Phone, I Think

I updated my phone to the latest S22 Ultra update last April 13, 2023 that can be seen from the image in this post. After updating, I was not aware of the issues because I barely make phone calls but I can already see the issue in taking videos.

When taking videos, sometimes it stops immediately or a few seconds after I start capturing. And when I am able to take videos without that problem, the video's time is a lot longer that it should be. During calls, I can receive them no problem but I can't make one no matter how I try. It's really frustrating.

There's also this app update showed in Play Store around March, and I saw one user review that it can mess with phone calls so I uninstalled it just as suggested by that user.

I don't know if these problems are all caused by PCS or there's something else from the Samsung Update, but I need help in fixing them as soon as possible.
