Hi, was wondering if anyone knows how to restore photos. After a recent udpdate, albums have disappeared. Is there anyway to restore it. From internal storage, they all, disappeared as well

Was it one UI 6.1 update?

Is it only the Albums? Or also the photos?

Open your My Files app > Internal Storage > and check if there are folders under DCIM. Those are your albums in Gallery. And the default folder is Camera where it stores the photo when you take a picture.

I checked the my files app for internal storage, the album names are there but within the albums the photos don't exist

But the photos are back in your Camera folder? Or also missing?

Check if photos are in Gallery's Recycle Bin or My Files Recycle Bin. If not on both, hope you have a backup somewhere in cloud.
