Members App does not recognise my phone

On this Samsung Members app, my current phone is suddenly showing an exclamation mark notice that it cannot recognise the model and IMEI.
I've copy & pasted this information directly from the phone settings into this app's "My devices" page. Is this error known and any support to overcome it please?

My gut feel is that your Samsung Account needs verification. Have you had a Samsung Account registered before and if Yes, was Members app working then?

Unfortunately the account is verified, Members App is working, product appears on the "My device" list but still with that red (!) mark... error doesn't seem material as Samsung account and phone is all physically up and running but just unsure whether I'm underestimating the error and the red (!) actually is something I need to get fixed up
