Hi there,

So I just bought a new S22 Ultra at the Samsung store today. I went on the members app to make sure it's registered but I'm getting an error that says that I have the wrong IMEI and model number

I'm not sure why that's going on.

Box and phone matches? If yes, then probably an app error, clear cache and try again later.

Hi, Please check that if your'e trying to register with correct model code and also check the IMEI number in device under settings >> about device >> status >> IMEI info and you can also find it on the purchase box with full IMEI and serial number of your device.
